Pension Navigator offers three levels of service depending on your business needs and budget. These service levels set out the three main ways of working with us based on our experience of what works best for our clients. But if you have different requirements they can be tailored to the individual needs of your business.
Our Essential service is typically for employers who wish to minimise the costs of implementing an Auto Enrolment scheme as far as possible.
They recognise that they have to put a scheme in place, but merely wish to meet their employer responsibilities at the least external cost.
To achieve this, you will need to take responsibility for implementation and provide your own internal resource to undertake all the necessary tasks at the appropriate time.
We will develop a project plan and guidance document tailored to your business and this is undertaken on a fixed-fee basis of £795 plus VAT.
With the Essential service, there is no on-going support once the project plan and guidance document have been issued. We can provide further help as necessary but this is charged on a time-recorded basis or you may upgrade to the Core service.
This is for employers who only wish to meet the minimum employer responsibilities for Auto Enrolment but also wish to delegate some responsibility for getting the job done.
Our Core service incorporates all elements of the Essential service, but is for clients that also want us to handle the implementation.
This service will not completely relieve you of your responsibilities because you will still need to dedicate a resource to carry out tasks as required and will need to respect timescales set out in the project plan.
Typically, employers choosing this service will have an existing payroll solution (e.g. Sage) so will not need Pension Navigator to implement this.
This is also a fixed-fee service charged at £2,295 plus VAT. Please note that there is no further support once the scheme has been implemented. We can provide further help on a time-recorded basis if needed.
Our Comprehensive service incorporates all elements of our Core service, but this service is suitable for employers that also require us to implement an assessment / payroll solution for them.
This could be considerably more work and therefore the Comprehensive service is usually quoted for on an individual basis.
For employers looking to attract, retain and reward their staff we can provide a comprehensive suite of employee benefits. We are familiar with employee packages that contain Death in service benefits, Income protection and Private healthcare.
We also have experience of implementing salary exchange packages that can often represent large social security savings to the employer firm.
Our fees for this service are customised to each employer and available on application.
